Mahtomedi Man's Body Found On Sidewalk
The Washington County Sheriff's Office responded after it received several 911 calls to the 900 block of Woodland Drive.
MAHTOMEDI, MN — The Washington County Sheriff's Office is investigating after a man's body was found on a sidewalk in Mahtomedi on Thursday morning.
Just after 7 a.m., deputies received several 911 calls to the 900 block of Woodland Drive for a report of a man lying on the sidewalk.
Deputies identified the body as a 51-year-old Mahtomedi resident. Blood was found near his body, authorities said.

In a statement, the sheriff’s office said its investigators and the Ramsey County Medical Examiner’s Office "are still working to determine the exact cause of death; however, preliminary information does not indicate any obvious signs of trauma or foul play."
