The Minnesota Department of Transportation said crews could be working 24 hours a day at times during the project, warning nearby residents they could experience noise, lights and vibrations.
The project on Highway 36 between Stillwater and Little Canada is expected to cost about $15 million, according to the department. It’s meant to improve pavement condition and ride quality along that corridor of Highway 36, while crews will also upgrade pedestrian accessibility in some locations and update drainage, officials said.
