What's Open and Closed on Thanksgiving in Stillwater?

Here's a list of what is open and closed in Stillwater on Thanksgiving Day.

City Offices are closed on Thanksgiving Day and on the day after Thanksgiving: Friday, Nov. 29.

Washington County Libraries are closed on Thanksgiving and Nov. 29 (except Bayport Public Library, which is open on Friday). 

U.S. Post Offices are closed on Thanksgiving.

Banks are generally closed on Thanksgiving. Contact your bank to find out specific business hours.

Many grocery stores will be closed on Thanksgiving Day but some stores have hours. The St. Paul Pioneer Press has a list for the east metro. 

Your kids will vouch for the fact that Stillwater Area Public Schools are out on Thanksgiving and also on Friday. 

Several area restaurants are open for Thanksgiving dinner, including Mallards on the St. Croix in Bayport (by reservation), Pub 112 and Ruby Tuesday.
