• Beltline Station development issued affordable housing bonds (hometownsource.com) — A major mixed-use project at Beltline Station in St. Louis Park is moving ahead after the City Council approved $14 million in multifamily housing bonds to finance its affordable units. The six-acre site near Highway 7 and Monterey Drive will include a grocery store, hundreds of apartments—many reserved for families at 30–60% of area median income—and a large park-and-ride ramp for the future Green Line Extension.
