Sharrer chose a career in what made him happiest as a child – small-park baseball. He has been Executive VP and General Manager for the St. Paul Saints since 2004. Well-known for innovative marketing and out-of-the- box fan experiences, Sharrer admitted to a handful of fails over the years, a concept that business leaders could appreciate and laugh about.
