Johnson is the outgoing LPHA Membership Chair and a past chair of the association. His award was recognition for hard work crafting new ways to take LPHA member engagement and services to the next level.
Auch said of Johnson that his most distinctive characteristic is his willingness to pitch in where needed, and he has been a calm and thoughtful presence on the Executive Committee of the organization. He has also played a critical role in the hiring and orientation of the new Executive Director Britta Orr and kept the associationβs work on track during its leadership transition.
