Woodbury, Oakdale Women Named to Washington County Library Board

Judy Bull, of Forest Lake, District 1 representative, was elected chair for the Washington County Library Board for 2013, and Marie Skinner, at-large member and a resident of Cottage Grove, was elected vice chair at the Jan. 28 Library Board meeting.

Bull is a former Forest Lake City Council member, former school library media specialist, and an active library user.

“Libraries are much more than collections,” Bull said. “Libraries are e-books, programs for all ages, e-magazines, access to the Internet and its resources, webcasts, etc. Our libraries are a valuable information resource for you and your family.”
