Woodbury's Chen to Join County Workforce Investment Board

Angela Chen, of Woodbury, will join the Washington County Workforce Investment Board after the County Board made the appointment March 26.

Chen lives in Commissioner District 2, and works in the human resources field.

The Workforce Investment Board, established by state law, determines the most effective designation of administrative entities, grant recipients and program operators for the Workforce Service Area; jointly plans for collaboration, provides for on-site review and oversight of program performance; and selects local priorities for service and target populations for programming.
