Chuck E. Cheese Breaks Ground on New Woodbury Location

Chuck E. Cheese’s over the past week broke ground on a new location in Woodbury near SuperTarget.

There wasn’t a lot of fanfare with the groundbreaking, said Paul Maenner, partner with MW Development, who added that Chuck E. Cheese’s plans to be open by mid-January 2014.

The Woodbury City Council in June approved the plans for the food and entertainment facility, which occupy a standalone building at Commerce Hill.

Already open at the development are:

• McDonald’s
• European Wax Center
• Miley Nails and Pedicures

When news broke of Chuck E. Cheese’s plans to open in Woodbury, it drew plenty of reaction from the community.
