'Dangerous' Wind Chills To Return To Woodbury This Week: NWS
Another bout of brutal cold is on its way to Woodbury, according to forecasters.
WOODBURY, MN — Woodbury is set to be under a wind chill advisory Monday night through Wednesday morning, with "dangerous wind chills" forecast for much of the region, according to the National Weather Service.
The wind chill advisory will take effect at 9 p.m. Monday and is due to last until 10 a.m. Wednesday. Forecasts show wind chills could reach 31 degrees below zero.
The National Weather Service is urging residents to wear appropriate clothing while outside, as frostbite could affect exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.
