Environmental Assessment Worksheet for Fields of Woodbury

The public is invited to comment on the Environmental Assessment Worksheet (EAW) for the proposed Fields of Woodbury single-family residential subdivision located on approximately 150 acres, generally north of Dale Road and west of Pioneer Drive (former Mile Drive), beginning Monday, Aug. 5.

The EAW, which assesses the potential impacts of the project, is available to view electronically and during business hours at the following locations:

• Woodbury City Hall, 8301 Valley Creek Road, Woodbury, MN 55125
• RH Stafford Library, 8595 Central Park Place, Woodbury, MN 55125
• Minneapolis Public Library, Government Documents, 300 Nicollet Mall, Minneapolis, Minnesota, MN 55401

Comments on the EAW will be received through Wednesday, Sept. 4.

Note: The appendix of the Traffic Impact Study (referenced on page 34) is available upon request.
