Woodbury Leadership Academy (WLA) is a tuition-free, K-12 public charter school where high expectations and success matter to all! Woodbury High School graduate and former NFL kicker Chip Lohmiller will be on hand with other experts for a kicking and punting camp on June 14. Former NFL punter Andy Caflisch, Red Rock Elementary principal, will also be at the event, along with kicking coach Carter Bergen. Long-snappers are also encouraged to attend. The event, at Woodbury High School, is free. Registration is required—<a href="https://sowashco.thatscommunityed.com/course/summer-2013-2012/kicking-and-punting-football-camp" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">visit the District 833 Community Education website to sign up</a>. Organized for players entering grades 6-12 next fall, the camp runs from 9 a.m. to noon Friday, June 14. After warming up, participants will spend approximately 90 minutes working on each phase of the kicking game. Instruction will focus fundamentals and technique.
