WOODBURY, MN — Another round of snow is likely to hit Woodbury on Tuesday, with forecasters calling for several inches to fall by Wednesday morning.

The arctic cold will arrive again on Thursday when the low is predicted to hit 16 degrees below zero.

Winter parking rules are in effect in Woodbury, banning residents from parking on city streets if at least 2 inches of snow fall.

A 20 percent chance of snow after 4 p.m. Patchy fog before 7 a.m. Otherwise, cloudy, with a high near 31. South southeast wind 5 to 15 mph.

Snow, mainly after 10 p.m. Patchy blowing snow after 5 a.m. Low around 8. Blustery, with a south southeast wind 5 to 10 mph becoming west northwest 15 to 20 mph after midnight. Winds could gust as high as 30 mph. Chance of precipitation is 80 percent. New snow accumulation of 1 to 2 inches possible.

Wednesday
Snow likely before 1 p.m., then flurries likely after 1 p.m. Patchy blowing snow before 1 p.m. Mostly cloudy, with a temperature falling to around 8 by 5 p.m. Blustery, with a northwest wind 15 to 20 mph, with gusts as high as 30 mph. Chance of precipitation is 70 percent. New snow accumulation of less than one inch possible.

Wednesday night
Flurries likely before 7 p.m. Mostly cloudy, with a low around -5. Northwest wind 10 to 15 mph.

Partly sunny and cold, with a high near 0. Northwest wind around 10 mph.
