Boys Golf: Mike Meyers, a senior, has qualified for the 2013 Minnesota State Golf Tournament. Meyers was one of 22 golfers to qualify out of Section 3AAA. The state tournament begins June 11 at Bunker Hills Golf Course. Softball: New Life Academy of Woodbury has qualified for the Class A state tournament and will take on Cherry High School in opening round action June 6. This year's state tournament is being played in Mankato, and Thursday's game is scheduled to begin at 9 a.m. New Life Academy finished the regular season with a 16-3 record.
