WOODBURY, MN — The city of Woodbury and the rest of Washington County will be under a winter storm watch starting Thursday. Between 6 to 12 inches of snow could fall in Woodbury, according to the latest forecast from the National Weather Service.
"Travel could be very difficult. Patchy blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility," the NWS said.
"The hazardous conditions could impact the Thursday evening and Friday morning commutes."
