Woodbury Residents ‘Bonding’ Over Abandoned Dog

Its collar and leash were found tied to a picnic table at Marsh Creek Park. Those involved are now trying to find the dog a home.

After she and others were able to corral the dog, they found its collar and leash tied to a picnic table.

“Someone just tied him up and left him there,” O’Brien said.

People can contact the Animal Humane Society if they’re interested in adopting the boxer, which is good with other dogs and children, she said.
