Each year, the dining team concocts a creative menu served on Halloween and this year’s menu included bloody finger dogs, a guacamole puking pumpkin, “feet” loaf, and a colorful array of spooky desserts.

Jones College students and Sodexo staff were decked out in creative costumes, further adding to the festive spirit.

Jones Dining also hosted a Halloween ice cream party for the Childcare Department on campus. Jones College Center For Child Development is a daycare center offering care and educational experiences. The party featured ice cream, games, and prizes for fifteen children ages 3-4 years, two teachers, and two Jones student teachers in attendance for the party.

Partnering with Jones College’s Treats in the Streets trick-or-treat festival in the plaza, the dining team hosted a game booth where students could win Halloween trinkets and candy.

Hundreds of attendees enjoyed the free event which featured a "touch a truck" section where guests could climb inside an 18-wheeler, a tractor, an Ellisville fire department fire truck and a police car. There was also an ambulance for guests to explore as part of the EMT training program booth at the festival.

In total, there were 25 interactive booths hosted by various departments and sports teams on campus.

Jones College also held a Halloween contest at the event in which different age groups, students, and faculty competed for the best costume.
