• Man killed in Tuesday Jones County shooting identified (wdam.com) — Law enforcement have identified the victim in a rolling gunfight that began in Jones County and continued into Wayne County, and three suspects from Laurel and Waynesboro are now in custody facing assault charges. The case, involving a 21-year-old Ellisville man who was killed and another person wounded, has been turned over to the Mississippi Bureau of Investigation.
