• Health Department releases food inspection reports for week of Dec. 14 (myleaderpaper.com) — Several Arnold eateries, including Las Fuentes, Schnuck’s departments, St. Louis Kolache, Subway, and others, were inspected by the Jefferson County Health Department during the week of Dec. 14. Scores ranged from mid-90s to perfect 100s, with a few reinspections noted, giving Arnold diners a timely look at how their favorite spots are performing on food safety.
   

• Arnold man sentenced to seven years in prison (myleaderpaper.com) — An Arnold resident has been ordered to serve seven years in prison on top of an existing 11-year sentence, after multiple felony convictions tied to incidents in Arnold and elsewhere. Local police say several arrests in the city since 2019 involved drugs, fleeing officers, and misuse of a credit card at an Arnold store, underscoring ongoing public safety concerns.
