• Meth trafficking conviction sends Missouri man to prison for 22 years (kttn.com) — A 37-year-old man from Portageville has been sentenced in federal court to nearly 22 years in prison with no parole after being convicted on meth trafficking and firearms charges. Jurors found him guilty earlier this year following a Springfield traffic stop where officers discovered a large quantity of meth and two loaded guns. Federal prosecutors and the DEA led the case.
