A judge has approved a plan to extend an eviction moratorium in St. Louis City. The moratorium has been extended several times over the past year. The latest extension issued by Judge Michael F. Stelzer lasts through June 30. The exemptions include eviction for committing crimes, threatening the safety of others or damaging property.
