Governor Candidate Jay Ashcroft Deepens Community Ties at Local Fair and Annual Cross Country Motorcycle Ride to Honor the Memory of Veteran

Wentzville, MO - Secretary of State and candidate for Governor, Jay Ashcroft, demonstrated his sincere commitment to the community and veterans by attending two events this weekend in Wentzville. On Saturday, Ashcroft was pleased to take part in the lively Wentzville Days Fair and then went on to greet the motorcyclists who finished their annual cross-country motorcycle ride at Wentzville’s Vietnam Veterans Memorial on Monday evening.


A notable highlight of Ashcroft’s time at the fair was when he was able to meet with the mayor of Wentzville, Nick Guccione. In this meeting, they were able to exchange ideas and align priorities between the local and federal governments. This interactive day of fun and music was the perfect backdrop for the candidate for governor to actively engage with the people and local officials of Wentzville.
Ashcroft extended his appreciation to the individuals who participated in the annual cross-country motorcycle ride, a journey honoring the bravery and sacrifice of veterans.
