Police Blotter: Three Arrested for Assault on a Law Enforcement Officer

Stealing
  • A Lake Saint Louis Police Officer responded to the 700 block of High Point Drive for a report of stealing from a motor vehicle. Cash, $30, and a phone charger were reported stolen from an unlocked motor vehicle.
Assault
  • Lake Saint Louis Police Officers responded to Villa Drive in reference to a physical domestic assault in progress. A 44-year-old male and an 18-year-old male were involved in a physical fight. Both parties were issued summonses for Domestic Assault and released at the scene.
  • Lake Saint Louis Police Officers responded to the 700 block of Lakeside Plaza for an assault in progress. After an investigation if the incident, a 20-year-old female subject and two 25-year-old male subjects were arrested for assault 3rd degree on a Law Enforcement Officer.
Driving While Revoked
  • A Lake Saint Louis Police Officer made a traffic stop on Hawk Ridge Trail and arrested the 27-year-old driver for an active warrant and driving with a revoked driver's licence.
DWI
  • Police made a traffic stop on Hawk Ridge Trail and arrested the 24-year-old driver for driving while intoxicated. The driver later refused a breath test.
