The cause of the blaze wasn't immediately known.

Dan Carter, public affairs manager at ExxonMobile's Billings refinery, told KULR the blaze was in a multi-story structure that moves raw crude product to start the refining process. The refinery now has to figure out a plan to undergo repairs before coming back online.
