Bozeman police received a call regarding the incident in the 1600 block of Tschache Lane late on Saturday, May 27. Upon arrival, the man resisted cooperation, barricading himself inside the residence. After approximately 40 minutes, officers heard a gunshot, leading to the activation of the Special Response Team and the evacuation of neighboring residents. Several hours later, upon entering the home, officers discovered the man dead from an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound. The identity of the deceased will be disclosed by the Gallatin County Corner's Office at a later time. (KRTV NEWS Great Falls)
