• Missoula advances Downtown SAM Project to final design phase (nbcmontana.com) — Missoula’s Downtown Safety, Access and Mobility project is moving into its final design phase after the city approved a $2.47 million contract amendment with engineering firm DJ&A. Design tweaks to Caras Park access and Higgins Avenue bike lanes aim to control costs and disruptions, with a fuller update on stormwater, lighting, and key intersections headed to City Council in January.
