Nevada Child Care Worker Accused Of Exposing Child's Genital Area

HENDERSON, NV -- A Nevada child care worker was arrested this week after allegedly recording a video of the private parts of a child then sharing the images on social media. Andrea Day, 29, was arrested in Henderson and charged with gross misdemeanor.

The Police Department investigated the daycare in the 100 block of Westminster Way after receiving a complaint about the video showing the child's genital area. The video also included verbal statements that were inappropriate and was taken during a pull-up/diaper change, police said.

Day, who works in the day care's kitchen, apparently recorded the video during the diaper change, police said.
