Nevada Congressman Kihuen Won't Seek Re-Election Amid Accusations
Accused of sexual misconduct, Rep. Ruben Kihuen said he won't run for office again.

NEVADA -- Nevada Congressman Ruben Kihuen said Saturday he won't run for re-election as the Ethics Committee investigates accusations he sexually harassed an aide and lobbyist.
Kihuen told The Las Vegas Review-Journal that he denies the allegations but it is "in the best interests of my family and my constituents to complete my term in Congress and not seek re-election."
Politico reported that the Ethics Committee is working to gather information about the accusations as House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., called for his resignation.
