🌱 Shelter Dogs Are Responding To Treatment + Las Vegas Pizza Tour

Here are the top three stories today in Las Vegas:

1. The Animal Foundation reports that its dogs are responding well to treatment for upper respiratory illness. The Foundation suffered an outbreak and had to pause all dog adoptions. As of Monday, forty of the shelter's dogs are showing signs of the illness — ten more than the shelter reported on Thursday. The shelter's veterinary team is closely monitoring the dogs. 2. The Las Vegas Pizza Tour is scheduled for Sunday, Nov. 6. The three-hour tour will start at 5:00 p.m. and take participants through the city's most recognized pizza establishments. 3. The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department reports that one individual died while attempting to flee from officers on Monday morning. The crash occurred in the area of Lake Mead and Rainbow boulevards shortly after 12:30 a.m. The vehicle had three individuals inside at the time of the crash. Two of the individuals were taken to a local hospital for treatment. (KTNV)
