  1. Local faith leaders have planned for a second annual candlelight vigil in honor of the 100 Washoe County residents experiencing homelessness who died last year. The vigil will take place on Wednesday, Feb. 15 at 5:30 p.m. in the downtown city plaza. (This Is Reno)
  2. Washoe County officials joined the staff of Swope Middle School to reveal the school's newly-completed renovations. The county is currently working to expand and renovate schools to keep up with the increasing demand of a growing population. Swope Middle School's new renovations, which include additional classroom and gym spaces and an updated HVAC system, will help it serve hundreds of additional students. (KRNV)
  3. OSHA is currently investigating the death of a Reno-Sparks Visitor Authority (RSCVA) employee at the Reno-Sparks Convention Center. The incident happened on Monday, and a statement from RSCVA officials did not provide details of what happened. (KRNV)
