Nevada Fugitive Arrested In Texas, To Face Incest Charges

A man who is alleged to have impregnated his 12-year old daughter in Nevada in 1995 was arrested in Texas last week.

Authorities in Montgomery County, TX arrested a man who has been evading an arrest warrant in Nevada for 23 years. Heraclio Gamez-Nava was arrested in Porter, TX, along with his wife Alicia Vasquez-Carrizales, who has been deported twice previously.

Gamez-Nava is accused of impregnating his 12-year old daughter in Nevada, and has had a warrant for his arrest in Nevada since 1995. He will be extradited to Nevada to face incest charges, according to a local report. Vasquez-Carrizales was arrested on a misdemeanor for attempting to provide a false name for her husband. She will be deported, according to the report. She was previously deported in 2003 and 2014.

The two were arrested at a gas station outside of Houston on Thursday, March 29.
