Authorities in Montgomery County, TX arrested a man who has been evading an arrest warrant in Nevada for 23 years. Heraclio Gamez-Nava was arrested in Porter, TX, along with his wife Alicia Vasquez-Carrizales, who has been deported twice previously.Gamez-Nava is accused of <a href="http://abc13.com/man-accused-in-daughters-pregnancy-arrested-in-porter/3285306/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">impregnating his 12-year old daughter</a> in Nevada, and has had a warrant for his arrest in Nevada since 1995. He will be extradited to Nevada to face incest charges, according to a local report. Vasquez-Carrizales was arrested on a misdemeanor for attempting to provide a false name for her husband. She will be deported, according to the <a href="http://abc13.com/man-accused-in-daughters-pregnancy-arrested-in-porter/3285306/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">report</a>.
