- Police are investigating a shooting that took place in downtown Reno Thursday morning. Officers arrived at the area of riverwalk near Sierra Street after reports came in of a man firing a gun. The suspect was eventually shot near Wingfield Park. Their condition is currently unknown. (KRNV)
- Reno-Tahoe International Airport has been ranked as one of the top airports in the country for holiday travel. The Reno airport tied for seventh with Ontario International Airport in Canada. The scores were ranked based on flight delays, flight cancellations, ticket costs, customer complaints, and mishandled luggage. The study was conducted by Forbes Advisor. - The Reno Chamber Orchestra has announced its winter holiday concert series schedule. The performances will be part of the annual Nevada Chamber Music Festival. The festival will run from Dec. 28 through Jan. 1. (KOLO)
