  1. The Reno Public Market officially opened its doors on Friday, Jan. 20. The market includes one of the largest West Coast food halls and a variety of local vendors. To celebrate its grand opening, the market will be hosting various events throughout the weekend, including a family-friendly scavenger hunt, an art workshop for kids, and a gallery opening for a Burning Man artist.   2. The Bureau of Land Management is canceling its wild horse adoption event scheduled for Feb. 11. The cancellation is reportedly due to the recent winter storms and concerns for the safety of both the animals and the public. (News4)
  3. The Reno Police Department is seeking the public's help in locating a missing elderly man. Robert Robbins was last seen Jan. 14 at his assisted living home. Anyone with information is encouraged to contact the police department. (KRNV)
