Reno's Mary Pincolini Shares Winning Game Day Shrimp Dip Recipe
This delicious dish is sure to be the MVP of your watch party!
Reno, Nevada — If you plan it right, the snacks at your football watch party on Feb. 11 will be as much discussed as the key plays. When we asked Reno readers to submit their MVP-worthy recipes, Mary Pincolini submitted this recipe:
Shrimp Dip I.5 lbs. small shrimps, chopped 8 oz softened cream cheese 2 Tbsp. Sour cream 2 Tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 Tsp lemon juice 1/2 Tsp ground red pepper 1 Clove minced garlic 1-12 oz bottle Chili Sauce 1/2 chopped onion 3/4 C sliced black olives 1 small green pepper, seeded and chopped 2 C shredded Mozzarella cheese Corn chips and Crackers Chop shrimp, set aside In a large bowl combine cream cheese and sour cream. Add remaining ingredients except Mozzarella cheese. Add shrimp - stir gently and well. Transfer to nice serving bowl. Top with cheese. Serve with large flat tortilla chips and/ or crackers.
