  1. One person was shot in a robbery on Vine Street and West 5th Street on Tuesday morning. The victim, whose identity has not been released, was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. A suspect is currently in custody and the investigation is ongoing. (FoxReno.com)
  2. Subpoenas are being sought to identify who hired David McNeely, the investigator who tracked the mayor's car with a GPS. McNeeley has already evaded service for the lawsuit filed against him in December. According to the court, McNeely recently deleted his website's content when the lawsuit was filed last month.   3. A pedestrian, whose identity has not yet been released, was killed in a crash on Prater Way. On Tuesday morning, police responded to a crash around 6:30 a.m. The crash caused closures and traffic delays. (FoxReno.com)
