3 From VT Arrested In Drug Bust At NH Home After Community Complaints
Investigators removed approximately 600 bags of fentanyl, 50 suboxone strips, a large sum of money, and drug paraphernalia from the home.

CONCORD, NH — Three people from Vermont have been arrested after a drug bust at an Apartment in Lebanon, New Hampshire that followed anonymous complaints of drug activity at the home.
During the drug surveillance carried out Thursday, police and New Hampshire's attorney general's Drug Task Force watched as a car left the High Street apartment before stopping it for a traffic violation.
The people inside the car, Shannon Barry, 36, of Turnbridge, Vermont, Kaleb McCullough, 44, of Chelsea, Vermont, and Samuel Snelling, 37, of White River Junction, Vermont, were arrested for possession of fentanyl and crack cocaine, police said.

A warrant was issued for the apartment, after which Cynthia Waugh, 60, of Lebanon, and Jose Baret, 32, of Hartford, Connecticut, were detained. While executing the search, officers say Baret attempted to destroy drug evidence, but investigators were able to recover it.

"We commend our law enforcement partners at the Lebanon Police Department for coordinating with the New Hampshire Attorney General’s Drug Task Force and conducting this important operation," Attorney General John M. Formella said Wednesday. "We applaud the dedication and vigilance of Lebanon Police for responding to community complaints and diligently investigating them."
McCullough and Barry were each charged with two class B felonies for possession of controlled drugs. Snelling was charged with transporting drugs in a motor vehicle, a class B misdemeanor. Waugh was charged with sale of controlled drugs, a class B felony, possession of a controlled drug with intent to sell, a class A felony, and control of premises with drugs are kept, a class A misdemeanor. Baret was charged with possession of controlled drugs with intent to sell, a class A felony, and possession of controlled drug with intent to sell and falsifying physical evidence, both class B Felonies.
Kelly Blankenship, 45, of Lebanon arrived at the apartment while officers were conducting their search. She was found to have a felony-level theft warrant issued by the Grafton County Sheriff's Office and was arrested.
