ATV Crashes Into Tree After Leaving Trail In Jericho State Park
A man from Sterling, MA lost control after hitting a rut on a Trail in Berlin. Conservation Officers say speed appears to be a factor.

BERLIN, NH - NH Fish and Game Conservation officers responded to a call for an ATV crash on the Turbine Trail Saturday.
Officers arrived at the trail in Jericho State Park at about 3:05 p.m. and located the crash involving Zachary Foley-Cox, 24 of Sterling, MA. The man was injured after his ATV left the trail and crashed into a tree. Conservation officers said he was wearing a helmet at the time of the crash but had sustained serious but not life-threatening injuries.
The operator told officers that the left front tire of the ATV went into a rut on the trail and pulled him close to the left edge of the trail. He said that he could not bring the machine back onto the trail before it started to roll over.
