Canaan New Hampshire Man Killed In Vermont Crash In Snowy Conditions
David Roberts was killed when his Subaru lost control and rolled on Interstate 91. Two passengers were injured, one with serious injuries.

HARTLAND, VT — A New Hampshire man was killed in an accident that injured two other women, one of them with life-threatening injuries Thursday.
Vermont State Police said David Roberts, 83, of Canaan, NH, was operating a 2001 Subaru Forester when he lost control at about 11 a.m. Roberts was traveling southbound on Interstate 91 near Mile Marker 64.6 and after losing control crashed in the median. The vehicle rolled over and came to rest in the northbound travel lane.
State police said he died at the crash scene and two passengers in the vehicle were taken to Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon. One of the passengers is being treated for serious, life-threatening injuries. The second passenger is being treated for not believed to be life-threatening injuries.

Their identities will be released following notification of relatives. The investigation into this crash remains active and ongoing.
State police say the roads were wet and covered with snow and slush during the accident.
