Dublin Neighbor's Big Game Snack Recipe: Garlic Bread, Meat, Cheese
This Dublin neighbor's sandwich recipe of garlic bread, cold cut meats and cheese will leave you salivating.
DUBLIN, NH — If you plan it right, the snacks at your football watch party on Feb. 11 will be as much discussed as the key plays. When we asked Dublin readers to submit their MVP-worthy recipes, Jody Feinman submitted this delicious sandwich recipe:
- Loaf of frozen and thawed garlic bread, 1/2 lb Genoa salami, 1/2 lb hot capicola, 1/2 lb sliced pepperoni, 6 slices prosciutto, 1/2 lb sliced mozzarella and slices provolone, 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1. Open frozen bread and lay it on aluminum foil.
- 2. Layers each meat then each cheese, then repeat. When all of your meats and cheeses are done, add seasoning then wrap tightly in aluminum foil.
- 3. Bake in 400-degree oven for 20 minutes.
- Unwrap and slice into 2-inch pieces.
You can still submit recipes for appetizers, dishes or snacks to inspire others who are fourth and long and short on ideas. Be sure to tell us why your guests will do a touchdown dance over your party spread.
Just share your recipes in this form or send us a photo of the recipe. We’d also love to have a photo of your dish.
