Earlier this week, the Amherst Town Library posted a photo on Facebook showing a mural made by visitors to the Children's Room who wrote about the books and other things they are thankful for this holiday season.
They made handprint and paper plate turkeys to decorate the mural, which hangs on the landing between the main and lower floors of the library.
We took a closer look and snapped pictures of each of the turkeys on the banner for a special Thanksgiving morning version of what the children of Amherst are thankful for.
