Amherst Police Arrest Man for DUI, Other Charges
The following information was provided by the Amherst Police log. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.
- On March 10, 2014 at 0709 hours, the Amherst Police Department responded to a single vehicle accident on Mack Hill Road (car v. deer). No injuries were reported. DRIVER 1 – Colleen Desmarais, age 60, of Amherst, NH.
- On March 10, 2014 at 1649 hours, the Amherst Police Department arrested Elizabeth Atwood, age 26, of 27 Tremont Street #2, Wilton, NH on an electronic bench warrant issued by the Milford District Court. Atwood was released on $5000 PR bail, with a court date set for March 11, 2014 at the 9th Circuit Court – Milford.
- On March 11, 2014 at 0145 hours, the Amherst Police Department arrested Laurie Keith, age 30, of 49 Garden Drive #12, Manchester, NH on a charge of Resisting Arrest or Detention. Keith was released on $800 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for March 20, 2014 at the 9th Circuit Court – Milford.
- On March 11, 2014 at 1010 hours, the Amherst Police Department arrested John Lemist, age 31, of 6 D Street #B, Nashua, NH on a charge of Driving After Suspension. Lemist was released on $500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for March 20, 2014 at the 9th Circuit Court – Milford.
- On March 12, 2014 at 0110 hours, the Amherst Police Department arrested Martin Antonio Romero Molina, age 32, of 4 Lancelot Court #2, Salem, NH on charges of Driving While Under the Influence of Drugs or Liquor, Open Container Law, Speed and Operating Without a Valid License. Romero Molina was released on $600 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for March 20, 2014 at the 9th Circuit Court – Milford.
