Amherst Police Make Drug, Theft Arrests
The following information was provided by the Amherst Police log. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.
- On February 27, 2014 at 0840 hours, the Amherst Police Department arrested Jonathan David Rutstein, age 31, of 15 Powers St #25, Milford, NH on a charge of Possession of a Controlled Drug. Rutstein was released on $1000 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for March 13, 2014 at the 9th Circuit Court – Milford.
- On February 28, 2014 at 0955 hours, the Amherst Police Department arrested Gerard D. Scannell, age 52, of 6 Grey Fox Lane, Westford, MA on an electronic bench warrant issued by the 9th District Court – Milford. Scannell was released on $400 PR bail, with a court date set for March 13, 2014 at the 9th Circuit Court – Milford.
- On February 28, 2014 at 2031 hours, the Amherst Police Department arrested Carrie Gettings, age 43, of 395 Mont Vernon Street, Milford, NH on a charge of Conduct After an Accident. Gettings was released on $500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for March 13, 2014 at the 9th Circuit Court – Milford.
- On March 2, 2014 at 1524 hours, the Amherst Police Department arrested Alanah Sky Hagen, age 20, of 15 Colburn Road, Milford, NH on an electronic bench warrant issued by the Milford District Court. Hagen was released on $199 cash bail, and no further action is anticipated by the Amherst Police Department.
- On March 3, 2014 at 2100 hours, the Amherst Police Department arrested Bryanna L. McGraw, age 22, of 5 Hideaway Drive, Nashua, NH on a charge of Theft. McGraw was released on $400 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for March 13, 2014 at the 9th Circuit Court – Milford.
