Amherst Teen Facing Alcohol Possession Charge

- On March 7, 2014 at 1915 hours, the Amherst Police Department arrested Lauren Peters, age 42, of 102 Bean Road, Merrimack, NH on a charge of Criminal Trespass. Peters was released on $1200 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for March 20, 2014 at the 9th Circuit Court – Milford.
- On March 8, 2014 at 1255 hours, the Amherst Police Department arrested Ryan James Peterson, age 19, of 22 Stearns Road, Amherst, NH on a charge of Unlawful Possession of Alcohol. Peterson was released on $400 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for March 20, 2014 at the 9th Circuit Court – Milford.
- On March 9, 2014 at 1940 hours, the Amherst Police Department arrested Elizabeth G. Atwood, age 26, of 27 Tremont Street #2, Wilton, NH on a charge of Theft. Atwood was released on $800 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for March 20, 2014 at the 9th Circuit Court – Milford.
