The 2013 Boston Marathon isn't over yet, but we already have some results to share.
The winner in the men's division this year is Ethiopian runner Lelisa Desisa, who finished in 2:10:22, according to NPR. Rita Jeptoo of Kenya won the women's division with a final time of 2 hours, 26 minutes and 25 seconds.
Erik Swanson was the first to hit the finish net with a time of 2:46:52. He was followed by Alexandra Varanka with her time of 2:54:35.
