1. Weather Report: Today will bring a few clouds early, otherwise mostly sunny. High 83F. Winds W at 10 to 15 mph. Tonight should have a few clouds from time to time. Low 59F. Winds WSW at 5 to 10 mph.

A bad rise. This year's FBI’s Uniform Crime Report puts Nashua/Manchester in the top ten cities with an increase in violent crime, according to Nashua Patch. Our cities were in the number two spot, while Redding, CA was number one.

3. Outdoor Z's.
Camping may give you a better night's sleep, according to WMUR. The lack of modern technology helps the mind relax better than when we are surrounded by screens filled with entertainment.
