COP LOG: Police Make Theft, Criminal Mischief Arrests

The following information was provided by Merrimack Police. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

Wednesday, Aug. 21, 2013

  • 6:10 p.m.: Arrested Alan E. Tremblay, 25, of 10 Ledge Way, Lowell, Mass., on a charge of criminal mischief.  Tremblay was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for Sept. 19.
  • 7:20 p.m.: Arrested Carlos Perez, 24, of 8 Mason St., Nashua, on a charge of theft, as well as on an electronic bench warrant issued by the Milford district court. Perez was held in lieu of $1,000 cash bail, with an arraignment date of Aug. 22.

Thursday, Aug. 22, 2013

  • 10:40 a.m.: Arrested Emily Colburn, 22, of 31 Johnson St., Milford, on a charge of theft.  Colburn was released on $500 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for Sept. 19.
  • 3:55 p.m.: Arrested Phineas Thomas Fogg, 30, of 110 Long Pond Road, Washington, on an electronic bench warrant issued by the Hillsborough District Court.  Fogg was held in lieu of $1,000 cash bail, was scheduled to be in court on Aug. 23.
