Do You Recognize This Man Wanted in Merrimack Bank Robbery?

Morning news and notes in Amherst for Aug. 22.

Wanted. Take a look at the photos above. Do you recognize the man in the striped shirt? He is wanted by Merrimack Police for using a shotgun to hold up the TD Bank on Daniel Webster Highway at Greeley Street (near the Exit 11 interchange with the F.E. Everett Turnpike. The robbery took place just before 5 p.m. on Wednesday evening. Anyone with any information about the incident or the suspect is asked to call Merrimack Police at 424-3774 or to leave an anonymous tip call Crimeline at 424-2424.

P.M. Networking. The Merrimack Chamber of Commerce will host a P.M. Networking event at the Anheuser-Busch Brewery from 5:30-7:30 p.m., Thursday, Aug. 22. Wear your favorite football jersey to be entered into a raffle. Food will be provided by Qdoba Mexican Grill and include their nacho bar and photo ops will be available with the Clydesdales.
