Learn To Brew: An Up-Close Brewing Experience at A&E

It all started with a love of coffee, at a family-owned café, with a growing wholesale business. Now, A&E Custom Coffee Roastery in Amherst passes on their hard-earned and passionate brewing expertise to the public with their Brew Methods Class, set for Saturday, April 20, 2013, from 11a.m. to noon.

We always hope that our passion for coffee comes through in the beverages we brew and the beans that we sell,? said Emeran Langmaid, owner of A&E Coffee.

But more than that, we hope to educate others about what we do, impart a deeper appreciation, and inspire them to create their own excellent coffee experience.?

This overview will delve into the mechanics three different brewing processes, and how each method makes its own impact on the final beverage. Attendees will come away with a better understanding of how and why the brewing process affects flavor.
