Man Arrested for Aggravated DWI, Drug Possession

[Wednesday, April 3]

At 3:15 p.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a 2 car accident on Route 101A at Route 122.  No injuries were reported. The drivers were Joshua Bessette, 28, of Mason and Robert Luce, 23, of Nashua.

[Thursday, April 4]

At 1:25 a.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Thavisack Saki Boriboune, 47, of 35 Lynnhaven Road, Leominister, MA on a charge of criminal liability for the conduct of another. Boriboune was released on $1,200 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for April 18, 2013 at the Milford District Court.

At 1:30 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Monique Latrice Lefebvre, 22, of 54 Myrtle Avenue #2, Fitchburg, MA on a charge of theft. Lefebvre was released on $800 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for April 18, 2013 at the Milford District Court.

At 1:30 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Michelle Beth Dusseault, 26, of 149 Parker Street, Manchester on charges of theft and possession of a controlled drug. Dusseault was held in lieu of $1,000 cash bail, and was arraigned in the Milford District Court this same date.

At 8:02 a.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a two-car accident on Merrimack Road at Border Street.  No injuries were reported. The drivers were Leighton White, 72, of Milford and Jordan Walker, 19, of Milford.

At 7:09 p.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a two-car accident on Route 101. No injuries were reported. The drivers were Jarrad McDougal, 20, of Greenville and Diquane Settles, 17, of Lowell, MA.

[Saturday, April 6]

At 3:49 a.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Shawn M. Ryan, 38, of 50 Main Street #4, Pepperell, MA on charges of aggravated DWI, disobeying a police officer and possession of a controlled drug. Ryan was held in lieu of $10,000 cash bail, and was arraigned on April 8, 2013 at the Milford District Court.

[Monday, April 8]

At 6:10 a.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a single vehicle accident on Route 101 (car v. deer). No injuries were reported. The driver was Francis Lemieux, 49, of Amherst.

At 7:32 a.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a two-car accident on the Route 101 eastbound off ramp to Route 101A.  No injuries were reported. The drivers were Jessica Benoit, 51, of Milford and Emily Welch, 31, of Wilton.
