Hi guys, it’s me, Casey! I’m a sweet, somewhat shy 4-year-old hound cross who is looking for a family to love. I had a canine friend here that I’ve been hanging out with who just got adopted, so now it’s my turn! I’m as sweet as pie, but need a family that will give me some time to get comfortable in new situations. I’m a typical hound dog who follows my nose, and going on a walk is one of my favorite things ever. Staff here thinks I’m an ideal dog since I would be a great hiking buddy, and after I would enjoy a good cuddle as well. Older kids and up would be my ideal home since I might be a bit jumpy for young kids. I can handle an active home though, and can’t wait for someone to go on adventures with! Hours of operation are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday noon to 5 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The shelter is closed every Wednesday.
